1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Cryptocurrency Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD but payments are processed in cryptocurrency. The exchange rate is determined at the moment of transaction.

Strict Return Policy: As an independent seller, we accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (must not influence secondary sales).
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not refund shipping fees.

For defective products proven to be our fault, we will cover return costs. Please contact support before returning any item.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. International shipping times vary by location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Digital Products

For digital goods, delivery is instantaneous upon blockchain confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is proven defective.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion.
