Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of limited-edition cyber-tech products and cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are generally considered final. We only accept returns for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns

If you wish to return a non-defective item (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply don't want it anymore), the following strict rules apply:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Customs & Duties: The customer must pay ALL customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees incurred during the return process.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and re-inspection.
  • Original Shipping: The original shipping cost paid at checkout is NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Crypto Refunds

Refunds are processed in USDT (TRC20) only. The refund amount will be based on the USD value of the product at the time of purchase. YesDog is not responsible for any cryptocurrency market fluctuations or network gas fees.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and clear photos. Once verified by our team, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
